It seems that the Fourth Amendment is under continual assault. The Clinton Administration was no different than any of a number of "law-and-order" GOP Administrations in that regard.

No argument there. Although vouchers are a big deal.

I heard on some program that 96.6% percent will go to religious schools. Mostly Catholic and, increasingly, Muslim, I assume. This isn't a surprise, since religious schools are the only ones $1600. will help much with.

I clicked submit and saw that instead of 'vouchers' I had typed 'ouchers.'
