Frankly, I saw the debate, and I really didn't see too much of that, certainly not as much as Donahue, Matthews, or O Reilly do. In fact, Killmeade asked her several times answer a specific question, such as why she thought the inspectors were spying, and she wouldn't answer, she would just repeat the charge. So when she didn't answer the question, Bill several times interrupted her, and repeated the question. Secondly, she was trying to interrupt him several times, and I believe that is what you were referring to.
Antoher point to bring up is, if she, and the peaceniks think the inspectors are just spies, why do they think more inspectors are the answer. Won't Saddam just accuse them of spying again?
Both last night and tonight, you could see a real change in Matthews shrill voice. He has toned it down a lot. I thought Colmes did also, so Donahue's firing has toned down the rhetoric anyway. |
