VoIP To Exchange Minutes October 20, 1998 INTERNETWEEK via NewsEdge Corporation : Internet telephony guru Jeff Pulver last week said he will launch a trading exchange to help Internet telephony service providers market excess capacities on a global basis. Min-X.com, or The Minutes Exchange, will initially be fueled by face-to-face negotiations taking place at least four times a year. The first meeting will take place Dec. 10 and 11 in New York.
