Air Tran ups offer for Midwest Air. I'm guessing if this offer isn't accepted, that there won't be another. At stock price of $14.50 now vs. offer of stock/cash valued at $15, that's close enough for me. I sold my few remaining shares this am. biz.yahoo.com
