O.T. CSHD
AHEM! I was surprised that CSHD didn't do better after that TUT interview. Maybe there are not as many followers as I thought? Maybe they really all are tapped out from buying the dips for the past 3 months?
I do feel the updated NOBO list that was suppose to come on Friday, but didn't, and than on Monday, but it didn't would show up today.
I am sure the company wil try to take credit for the drop in short activity ( especially since the 1st list was apparently inaccurate) and that they are winning their war against the shorts. Also a PR might help on firming up the toothpick deal with Mike Alexander, (that is a reference from Rufus!) since the first PR was a NEGOTIATION, the next should be an actual contract.
Any chance Rufus can get this thing up to the "reset" price so he won't have to reset it? I don't think so - even if he pulls the 10K out at the last minute. I get the feeling that the naked shorts know and win this game of chicken they seem to be playing.
I still believe they could cancel the merger at the last minute if they can't get to the reset price. Maybe blame it on the SEC?
Something Simon mentioned on SubPenny - Rufus has now taken this think way beyond any point NOT to have it happen. He's going for broke.

Nothing wrong with dreams - except when you take other peoples money to make them come true.
