The receptionist's attitude is very much in line with current management's attitude too. Maria, the previous receptionist, was a very nice, congenial person, and she spoke Spanish too, helping out in communicating with the South American operations. I guess these days, virtually no language translation is required because the only words that need to be translated from English to Spanish are, "what the hell is going on...get on it...do what you're told...I don't care...you screwed up...I'm the boss, asshole!...you did what?!...you're fired...don't blame me...why the hell are we losing money...I didn't tell you that...you jerk..."
