Since when did pre-kindergarten (paid for by the government) amount to the difference between smart and stupid? Forget the stupid part. Day care grows more expensive by the day. Many working, single mothers can't afford to pay the fees......yeah, I know......why are they single, why did they marry a flake......shit happens! When they can't pay the fees, they can't work so they go back on welfare. So there's your choice. Do you want mothers and children on welfare, or do you want them in the work place with the gov't paying their daycare bills and with the hope that one day, they will move up in salary and won't need any gov't support at all? My vote is with the latter. ted
