They use a Livingston portmaster with digital modems. They still have fully analog lines but I have noticed higher connect rates when I use our analog system and dial into the digital lines. They are ISDN PRI lines. I'm almost positive (but I can't locate the email) that I sent that Alan Jackass a letter before. What an idiot. They better be planning on the futuere now or won't be in business much longer. Derek
