We thank you for reminding us of the joyous day we squatted on TERnD at $160-170 while reading the NYT and sipping a Tripple Vente Soy Latte.
Perhaps the only persons happier than us about this trade are the former TERnD-E officers and directors who pounded the market with their stock prior to disclosing the company's problems.... while pimping the stock to the street.

You Pluvia, by "your" own writings on S.I., may embody the musings of multiple unknown individuals. You Pluvia, have committed the crime of publishing false and misleading statements about Terayon in a clear effort to benefit your one time position as a short seller in trouble, in my humble if abundantly obviously correct opinion (much buttressed by the clear opinion of the judge in the consequently essentially specious suit against Terayon). You have marched in lockstep on the wrong side of the law, as this thread bears witness.
