This war in the ME looks to have no solution and seems intractable. Evidence is coming out that Iran is pulling the strings. Now that Israel has bombed Lebanon and Hezbulla has declared war, it sure like Iran and Syria will get drawn in somehow.

One has to take those sorts of things into account as well.

I think there is a very high probability we will see an arc of war all the way form Iraq to Israel which couold drive gold to $2,000.
