Judy, I would not wait on MER. If you are going to short, I would do it now-- OMHO of course. CCI a close below 115 and short to be supersafe from a TA perspective. On the other hand, I would do it anytime today as soon as it turns negative. If it doesn't, let it test 119 1/2 one more time. Good trading. JT

EDIT: Judy CCI just turned negative. Do it now if you were planning on entering into this position. JT
