Look, idiot (ahem, IMHO), the only reason you write to me is because I'm the one who noted the lies you told. Unlike you, I held no position in TERN when reading and writing with you here. I was cautious about this stock, and advised caution, repeatedly. You advised selling, and while that may have worked out for you, you committed painfully obvious clear crimes in doing so, IMHO, and were obviously in cahoots, IMHO, with the short sellers admonished by the judge in the TERN case. Essentially, the activities you marched in lockstep with are the sort which honest individual investors would love to see disappear from the marketplace.

As for TERNS poor historical performance, that performance is appropriately topped on any list of poor performers, by the performance of CMTO (yes dear reader, a direct TERN competitor), the SI thread for which provided individuals who jumped to this thread, seeming to tag along with your crimes near the peak of your now well understood despicable activities here.

Now that you've reminded yourself of your crimes, RE: "We thank you for reminding us of the joyous day we squatted on TERnD (I refuse credit, you see (but you are a little slow here), t'was you posting to me, not me reminding you - Dan B.)," and now that you have gloated all these years later like the ass I find you again prove yourself to be, allow me to wish you all the best that you deserve, in your very near future.

Dan B.
