If we're looking for some kind of near term top I could see it coincident with one of the following events. 1) death of bin Laden. 2) the usual suspect, the upcoming Fed meeting. I would like to hold out for NASDAQ 3000 which may appear at next cyclical bull peak to reallocate my NASDAQ 100 proxies but I have to admit these valuations are a smidgeon on the high side<g>. Marc
