Brian,
You sold at 8 and I didn't buy more at 8 for the some of the same reasons. I did not buy more solely because of negative statements but weighed them along with uncertainty regarding product shipment. The deals anounced in part could have been interepted as more royalty agreements. The Sumitomo deal looked big to me then the Siemen's deal also was promising. Only deals tied to product shipment mean anything for AMTX. Neither deal suggested imminent product shipment given the uncertainty of MOT and TI chip production. Combine that with the multiple xDSL flavors presently deployed, the medium term future of AMTX DMT in the US added further uncertainty. I thought I might time it for the "sure thing" thinking I had got in too early. You might have sold to prevent further loss or for the opportunity cost with other better prospects. Anyway, hindsight is 20/40 and foresight 20/200 at times. I got enough of this stock anyway for now and will wait for imminent product shipment before I buy more. I'm at least in the + column for now with AMTX.

Good Luck
