Don't swallow the Kool-Aid, st. Saddam's 23 billion dollar slush fund, generously provided by kickbacks on the oil allotments that he handed out to bribees, were not a "legal" part of the Oil for Food scheme. Trying to pretend that handing out millions of oil vouchers to every bribable politician and journalist in sight was a legal way of doing business, all in accord with the Oil for Food setup, is an insult to my intelligence.
