Is it any wonder I keep feeling that I'm being Nixoned every time I hear Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, and Perle speak?

These people are doing what nobody did in the previous administration. Stating facts clearly and succinctly. In particular, Perle and Rumsfeld are brilliant individuals.

Rumsfeld's remark concerning "democracies not being very tidy" is just an honest, truthful take. At least there is someone in Kuwait who can speak with authority. In Turkey, you have to get a huge group of people to agree to it.

In the end it doesn't matter. Turkey is likely to regret their decision, if for no other reason they would have had better protection themselves from refugees and against any Kurd incursions.
