MCIC is three times WCOM in terms of revenues, but WCOM's revenues are growing at a dramatically faster rate (which is why its market cap is twice that of MCIC). WCOM actually has a higher book value than MCIC.

BTW, I heard somewhere that ERICY would be the biggest beneficiary of this merger.
