Too many investors wre not around before 97-98. Too many fail to look where stocks were trading in like 94-95. If O told the average NASD trader that the NASD traded from 1990-1995 at the range of 300-600 they would turnaround and say NOWAY? Or that was a double in 5 years. The real simple issue is P/E and this is what has turned me so FREAKEN bearish the last 4 weeks. I listen to these pre-releases and releases and it makes me sick!! I have never seen it so bad. So I must compare capacity, inventory, sales and pricing to that of another similar past time that supports similar fundamentals. I ask anyone to pull up a chart of the SOX index and where it went after the crash in 87, If you bought then you got killed because CHIPS never bottomed until 1990!! I would love to buy so many stocks becaues on the 1-2 years charts...............CHARTS..........they look cheap, bu you must go back to further to get the full picture. Yes I believe current rally will take us to 1600!
