Do you mean with more stock market knowledge than me... you... or
the "professional" analysts who upgrade and downgrade it on a whim.

IMO - To many investors, the uncertainty (risk)of short term profits lead them to other stocks that they feel will reward them quicker.
The acquisition of DEC is still not a clear picture and investors
do not yet have the security of knowing how it will play out.

For quick rewards I'm trading other stocks (more risky), but
not selling CPQ.
