I agree. Maxtor seems to look quite successful from outside view due to its aggressive pricing at all categories. However, they still operate in the red. At least, their HDD net margin has been negative (-5% to -10%) for the last two years. I don't know why anyone will run a company that continues to produce loss while other guys can make profits. What is the purpose? John
