Brian, You and I cannot short a BB stock, unless we have big bucks, open an account in Canada/overseas, and are willing to put up 100% or 200% cash for the transaction. Brokers/MM's can and do routinely short BB stocks in their normal course of business. Especially when a stock like MRPS makes a "run" on high volume like we have seen the past few days. They do it without "borrowing" the shares...as you cannot "borrow" BB stocks because they are not marginable. They naked short into a run, in the hope they can gain control and drop the price later to cover. They are very successful at this practice. Lee
