The head coach then coaches the coaches, but usually gives out the details in crucial moments. AS for going down in flames, I couldn't agree more and am surprised the Magic is up 3-1. LeBron is just a one man scoring machine when they lose. He's scored in the 40's on all three loses. The rest of the team doesn't seem to step up. If memory serves me correct, Kobe has had the same issue.
