Were there any lies in this seth ????? dbest's post below, wherein he states; that helen told him that; both State & Federal courts upheld franklins injunction vs Magruder to honor his non compete. Dbest post; ragingbull.com Now we know that something is wrong with this because of the following announcement made by usat, on June 30, 1999, just five days after dbest claims helen told him that Magruder left to "TRY" TO WORK FOR USAT and that two Courts upheld franklin's non compete clause in an injunctive action. Well if those two courts upheld this non compete, how in this world was usat able to hire Magruder, five days later ? usatalks.com MaGruder is not TRYING to work for usat according to that press release............ Will someone be paid a visit by the SEC over the lies / rumors above ? Or did fcm / fnet make a settlement with Magruder in those five days between dbest's post and the usat announcement above ? Or did dbest LIE OR SPREAD FALSE RUMOR WHEN HE STATES THAT HELEN RELATED TO HIM WHAT HE POSTED If dbest did not lie, and fcm DID make a settlement , will it be similar to the AT&T settlement where The Terms of That Settlement Were Not Disclosed ?
