taking phone calls on the laptop, integration with all the services and hangouts and even txting voice mails.... its made massive advances.... The feature I was recommending it for was the call forwarding feature, but you are right, it's become very useful. I used Hangouts to make and receive free wifi calls to and from American phone numbers on my iPhone when I was in Spain last month, it's just seemless. It works great with the iPhone.
