Pro Forma? I think I know that this measn before special charges. And I don't have a problem with the way it is reported. I think it would be useful to us longs on the board to try to figure out how GNET is doing non-proforma on a quarter to quarter basis. You know compare apples to apples and oranges to oranges.

Why did they report a non proforma loss of 11 million? Was that for acquisitions? How does that compare with last quarter? I can see how it compares number wise in Sarkies post to last year. But what did they do this quarter that would account for the 11 million and how will it play out in the future?

I don't know enough to know where to start. Help.
