I think Dell is still paying the price due to a combination of once being an integral part of the 'mania' and because Mikey has shot off his mouth for the last two years about 'how great' things are/will be while at the same time growth has gone from 50% to a projected 20%. Throw in the NAS drop and you see the result. As for the rest of tech, the market seems pretty rational to me, you have many high profile firms missing/lowering targets, and you have the insane high flyers like JNPR/NTAP/JDSU/BRCM starting to come back to earth. I thought the picture became fairly clear when the large telecom providers tanked along with the INUTS. Those two sectors are probably enough by themselves to slow momentum for the equipment providers, and at insane valuations, all it takes is a crack in the dike for all hell to break loose.
