Re -- Let's assume the CPQ objective is growth and profit.

Unfortunately, CPQ's goal is revenue. They plan on being the largest computer company, and are pursuing a strategy of growth thro' acquistions.

One comment which E Pfieffer said and is very interesting is "We want it all and we want it now". Worrisome or good depending on ones point of view.
