I think they intend to be the premier ecosystem company on the planet. Looking at their hits without considering their moves in the ecosystem may prove to be short-sighted.

I think seeing them as a "phone company sells them short. I happen to think that they have a reliable and recurring source of revenue and earnings from the millions and millions of customers with whom they have ongoing relationships.

Others disagree with that view and still more are confused by the notion.
