The news is: A gaggle of Lawyers are filing class action lawsuits against ELN, each with their own reasons. It will take about 18 months to sort this one out.

I thought that the officers/directors were going to put their pocketbooks where their mouths are by buying buying buying at these reduced prices. But instead, they seem to be keeping a low profile. The cost of defending the class action law suits could easily be made by agressive buying, if the price is appreciably below the market value based on the official reports to the public from the company. So, its not what the officers say that counts, its what they do. Lets watch.
