For those interested.

Talked to IR today. First Press Release still to come on first acquisition has changed for the better for this fully reporting company.

Micro Matix which is the company they are acquiring has just completed new sales contracts that will increase projected revenues to 90 million in next year instead of 30 million.

Also Watchouts stake of 30% could actually be higher than that. We should also here more on the second acquisition in next PR which should be released early to mid next week according to IR. This one should run quickly with miniscule float of 200-250k.
