They state the debt to worth ration of the company has greatly improved form 40 to 1
as of March 31, 97' to approximately 2.4 to 1 as of June 30, 1997.

There are some 19,430,639 Common Voting Stock as of August 13, 97'
and The BIG THING the last 5 News rls. tell the tail of what is going
to change the compnay from oil and gas to TV. and more.

Please take the time to read there news and let me know if you can what
you think they can do with the South American Project like the QVC one
