Edward - Thanks for replying. I need to latch onto you! I'm currently trading QQQ to see if I can make the big time with NQ. You ever watch the e-mini pit thread? Folks there seem pretty smart to me, but I'm easily impressed. I trade one minute bars using the 15 and 75 period sma's at the moment, with some auxiliary rules to keep me out of trouble. Still working out the kinks, but trend following seems to be the best strategy to catch the larger moves. My connections, services, funds, and nerve don't permit scalping, and I burnt out fast on a try at swing trading on daily bars. I agree with you that seconds would be nice. In their absence I use the Island Book for comparison. Latency is tolerable for me, but I don't think it would support scalping for pennies. You at liberty to comment on your time frame and entry signals? My rules are such that the only way I could make money with them would be to sell them! - Mike
