Boldness is a bad thing when it moves us down the wrong path, as for vision, if this law is really the product of vision is a rather distorted vision.

At long last, we will ensure every citizen has access to quality, affordable health insurance.

No we won't. The coverage requirements will drive up insurance prices.

While adding a lot to the level of government spending, and most likely to the deficit.

And doing so by operating beyond the constitutional limitations of the federal government.
