That sounds about right. During my senior year in high school, students walked out of classes supposedly to protest local budget cuts. Of course, the walkout turned into a fiasco because they failed to get a coherent message out. Everyone just wanted an excuse to skip class.

At least we made it onto the newspaper. I don't remember if the walkout accomplished anything more than that.
