Hi George I think that your estimates are about what mine are with the exception that we may stay around $35 until after options expiration. I can not see this stock going too much lower (minus $1 maximum) considering what we already have been through. IMO the worst case scenario is that daily volume decreases and we hover between $32 and $37 until next earnings announcement. Historically this stock can leap suddenly (by $10 or more points in a few days)when the conditions are right but now that they will miss I'm not certain by how much the daily volume and volatility will change. I hope my opinion is too conservative because I'm long via Dec 40 calls so time of course is a factor for me. Off TOPIC: George thanks for the email. The courtroom humor was hillarious. I gave a friend a copy of it as well. His father is a lawyer so he collects lawyer jokes and sends them to him on occasion. Thanks Pheonix
