John,

I invested in naxos so i could make a fortune and retire when franklin lake was proven to be the largest precious metals deposit ever. Since there has been no proof TO DATE that is a large precious metals deposit, i am glad that naxos is looking at other properties in case FL turns out to be a bust...it is obvious from the last news release that naxos is committed to finding out what is actually in FL.I don't think that naxos has an obligation to ask its shareholders before it enters into a letter of intent on another property---do you?
