It appears to be bluster. Posting quotes from a government record is never actionable. Period. Even if the government record is wrong, you won't get far suing someone for quoting public records. And I certainly don't believe the reports of the FDA investigators are wrong. Or the MMWR report. Or the news article in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute. I would never have quoted them if I thought they were wrong. -A.A.
