Exactly!! See what I mean Bill? The UN is ridiculous in its present form. As you say, putting the fox in charge of the chickens is not the way to have a happy hen-house.

But if the fox was Bill Clinton it might be another story. The chickens would all be clucking and preening. The envious Republicans would be gnashing their teeth in envy.
