Another point is the owners of RDW and RDW are the largest shareholders of MEO. If anyone is going to get the short end of the stick is more likely MEO. As for price variations it hard to tell why the difference: drop on low volume means next to nothing. Time will tell.

Kaiser figures RDW should trade atleast 2.7 times MEO.
