Bear,
There is a huge gaping hole on this internet for anyone who likes to follow the history of bulletin board shells. For example, LXXI, a company I am following and waiting for signs of breakdown, has a long history of name and symbol changes. The last symbol was TNNI. Here's my question: can someone direct me to a news site on the net that would display old releases for this company, where you could type in the symbol and get some meat. Everywhere I go, same deal, old symbol and that is it, not even the name of the company!! I know this is all available on bloomberg, but I don't have one, and the bloomberg web site is the same as all the rest, nada. This is very relevant info, as the holder of the TNNI shell is connected to one of the biggest con men to every grace the stock market. Anyone have any ideas, short of getting a bloomberg? I would think this is a basic kind of link that should be available for all investors to research.
