Even among friends, a quick way to get unpopular is to say that the bear-market is still underway. IMO, a good long-term entry point can happen only when most of my friends agree that (a) we are in a bear-market and (b) the the bear-market is unlikely to end, at least not in their lifetimes. Until then, all we have are bounces along the way down. Follow the oversold and overbought indicators and you can make a small bundle, if you are good at it. Else, just hunker down and wait it out.
