Brian,

The only thing I'd add to Bob's note is my impression that much of their orders / revenues were technology based not capacity. This will allow the analyst bears to remain as bearish as they choose and the analyst bulls to be as bullish as they choose.

I did get the impression that we've probably seen the bottom, but still no precise estimate as to when the upturn will become obvious to all.
