Treasury Bonds are weak,... :-) on the heels of better sales:

1:38PM Bond Watch: Treasuries Suffer a Little More (BONDX) : The poor 10-yr auction was enough to drive prices even lower. The 10-yr yield went up to the month's highs of 4.581%. Stronger retail sales (+1.0% versus consensus +0.4%) stopped modestly positive bond sentiment in its tracks this morning & now follow-through, courtesy of the disappointing auction, appears to be adding to the downside.
