I agree. This is why I think a two-tiered service system will be the answer. People and companies will pay to be on private services where the bandwith is a guarantee as part of the service level. The networks will have to comply.

If I understand some of this new comms stuff, I think the technology has the ability now (ATM? FRAME?) to offer different msg priorities and virtual bandwidth. Is this so?
