I've pasted a quote from the website listed in one of my earlier posts, regarding the Meisenheimer interview on USBL. Here it is:

<DTM: The Meisenheimer family and Meisenheimer Capital own and control over 2.8 million shares,
out of the 3.3 million shares outstanding shares of the USBL. >

So apparently whenever this article was written, there were approximately 500,000 shs floatin around out there. You say it's more like 100,000 now correct?
