You can easily record the program onto a VCR without having to buy anything more than some patch cords from Radio Shack. If recording from on-the-air, wire from line out or headphone jack of your audio system into the audio in on the VCR. Set the VCR to record from AUX source. If recording from your PC, wire from the audio out or headphone jack from your audio board into the audio in on the VCR. You have to experiment to get the volume level and mono vs stereo, but that's about all.
