I talked with someone in IR this morning. Without getting into insider type stuff he said that things will be heating up and that a number of exciting press releases will be arriving shortly. There's not too much detail anyone can discuss further, as that would be insider stuff (who, when, etc.). He did give me a breakdown on common shares: 30 Million outstanding of which 18 Million is held tightly (insiders, etc) leaving 12 Million in free trading status I'm not sure if the 12 Million breakdown any further. I wanted to pass this info along to all. I know it's not as much detail as we would all like, but any further info from the company before it's announced officially would be insider stuff and we don't need to get the company or ourselves in trouble. Last question I asked was regarding SEC filings. He said that it's the company's goal to get listed on the NASDAQ, and filings would be required. Timing could not be discussed at this time. I was pleased with the conversation, and understand that this is a pretty sensitive time. I will be looking for those news announcements. BRING ON THOSE NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS!!!!! GOOOOO NETZ!! --TM
