Only a court can properly determine if there was rape and sexual harassment. That's why the court case was legitimate.
We know as a result of his testimony that he lied to the court and cheated on his wife.

Jr has nothing to do with that now does he? Why are you trying to justify the one by saying that the other is worse? That's how a little kid justifies himself. Both men stand or fall on their own merit.
