Muzosi, from Tom's Hardware: Conclusion: P4/2400 Reaches Top Position, Athlon XP 2400+ A Highlight In the previous "AMD vs. Intel" comparison (Athlon XP 2100+: AMD Turns Up The Heat), the Athlon XP 2100+ took the leading position by a nose, but now the Pentium 4/2400 easily overtakes its arch rival. Edit: It would, of course, be much more interesting if AMD actually had a 2400+. But if it's true that Thoroughbred for the desktop is delayed until late June, then Intel may have 2.53GHz/533MHz CPUs by then. Interestingly, Tom's Hardware included one of those in the review for comparison (overclocked, of course). wbmw
