Further to my post regarding the institutional seller of 11,000 contracts of leaps2000-- Jan125.
I bet this big time investor wants to buy back the puts sometime in the near future. Can buy a lot of shares to ensure stock goes up.


It could be Microsoft. These puts would cover 1,100,000 shares, or at the strike $137,500,000 worth. How many shares do they usually buy back each year? They've stated in the past that they routinely sell puts to lessen the buy-back costs and that they've never been assigned.
